Terms And Conditions

For individuals full payment is required to confirm your booking with us.  Once invoice has been sent we require payment within 48 hours otherwise the booking date is not confirmed. If you do need to cancel once payment has been made, 50% will be retained as a cancelation fee, the remainder 50% can be used on a future date of your choosing, pending our availability. Any cancelations made on the day of your booking we do not offer any refunds 

For groups of three of more and bridal parties we take a 50% deposit to secure your booking date. The final 50% is due 7 days prior to the booking and will be via a new invoice. For any bookings that also book bridal trials, should you feel you do not wish to go ahead with our services, we will happily refund the deposit in full if 30 days notice prior to your event date is given. Any cancelations within 29 days of your event date will only receive a 50% refund on the remaining amount. This will be kept as a cancelation payment.
Any cancelations made on the day of your booking we do not offer any refunds 

In the lead up to the wedding we will send out some instructions on what is required from you and/or your group on how skin and hair should be prepared for the day. Hair must be completely dry upon arrival or you will be charged the full price of a blow-dry ($100) in addition to your up style. The client understands that if these instructions are not followed, then the schedule of the day may run overtime or your allocated time for your booking may need to be reduced.

A call out fee of $50 is added to all bookings within Sydney CBD and up to 30 minutes. After this time it’s then charged at $50 per each hour per artists and return. Parking must be provided, and any fees must be paid by the client.

If travel is over 3hrs from Sydney CBD and the call time to start is before 630am, accommodation is required for all artists.

There will be an early start fee of $100.00 per artist if the schedule of the day and services booked requires artists to start before 6am or if the event location means we need to start travelling before 5.00am.

If any additional people require makeup or hair styling on the day, but do not have an appointment, this is not a problem providing there is time. These are to be paid separately to the original invoice on the day.

Whilst all care will be taken we cannot be responsible for any allergic reactions from our range products. We use premium products from MAC, Channel, Tom Ford and many others and we take our hygiene very seriously with extensive cleaning of our equipment before every booking

In the unlikely event that the artist you have booked should fall ill or is not able to make your event through unforeseen circumstances, we will do everything in our power to replace with another artist from our team. However if this is not possible we will offer a full 100% refund on your booking
